Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials through our authentication provider, Clerk.

Office profile information: You may optionally provide your office name, address, phone number, NPI number, license number, and office logo.

Letter data: When you generate appeal letters, we process the information you enter, which may include patient names, dates of birth, insurance details, procedure descriptions, diagnoses, and clinical notes.

Usage data: We collect standard server logs including IP addresses for rate limiting and security purposes.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Generate insurance appeal letters using AI
• Store your letter history for your future reference
• Populate your office details in generated letters
• Authenticate your account and protect against unauthorized access
• Enforce rate limits and prevent abuse

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies that ensure you can only access your own data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Authentication is handled by Clerk, a third-party identity provider.

AI Processing

Letter content is generated using Anthropic's Claude AI. The information you enter into the letter form is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Please refer to Anthropic's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle data.

• Anthropic — AI letter generation
• Vercel — application hosting

Data Retention

Your account data and letter history are retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
